Making Your Order

Your awning is custom-made to the size, colour, and style you choose. Colours may look a little different in person compared to your screen. If your chosen fabric or colour is unavailable, we’ll let you know within 24 hours. You can choose another option or get a full refund.

Cancellations

Because each order is made just for you, we can’t cancel or refund once the order is placed.

Changes & Fixes

If your awning is too big, we can adjust it to make it smaller. Unfortunately, awnings that are too small can’t be made bigger. Any changes will have a cost, which we’ll confirm before going ahead. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery

Your order will be ready in 10–15 working days, then delivered in 3–5 days to main areas. Remote areas may take longer. We’ll email you tracking details once it’s on the way. Please make sure someone is available at your delivery address during office hours. Customers in Gauteng may choose either collection or delivery. Please note: no stock is held in our warehouse, so collection is only possible once your order is completed. We deliver only—no collections outside of Gauteng. Overnight delivery can be arranged at extra cost; just contact us.

Updates

We may update our terms from time to time without notice.

We supply both South African and international customers.
